This year we have a new destination, the Vegan Paleo area. Experts will be given the floor to highlight the vegan and paleo diets along with providing the history behind it. The ever so controversial paleo vs vegan diet and the negatives of a what a meat eating diet can do to your body will be discussed.
For those thinking about making the change to a vegan diet, the Veg Vic Zone (Vegan Voices) might be of interest to you. A panel of experts from Vegetarian Victoria will be there to help assist and answer all your questions. We will be adding speakers so please continue to check the website for updates.
One of the most talked about activities has to be ‘speed dating.’ This is a great way for similar minded people to meet at a little faster pace than one is used to that hopefully will eliminate awkwardness and discomfort. You never know, the man or woman of your dreams might be waiting for you!
